Our most current release, FGDL Version 2006 will be available for order on DVD or CDROM (starting April 2, 2007) Our prior release, FGDL Version 2005 is no longer available. The FGDL Version 2005 Order form is no longer valid as of March 20, 2007. FGDL Version 2005 Order forms postmarked by March 20 will be honored.

FGDL Version Schedule: Annual versions of FGDL data will be released on DVD in the spring of each year. Versions will be dated as the year prior. For example, FGDL Version 2006 will be released in spring 2007 and will be a culmination of all data gathered in 2006. In the meantime, individual data layers will continuously be released and available for download through the FGDL Metadata Explorer. The FGDL metadata for these layers will be labeled as 'FGDL Version 2006'.

*NOTE: FGDL is now being distributed on both DVD and CD-ROM. If you are ordering only one county of data, then you will likely want to purchase a CD-ROM. If you need multiple counties of data, then you will likely want to purchase a DVD.

To order FGDL Version 2006 on CD-ROM or DVD:

1. 1. Decide which FGDL CD-ROM or DVD SERIES you want to purchase.
   
   Please note that the State data is only available on DVD.
   Also note, the 1-Meter and 3-Meter DOQQs are no longer available. DOQQs are available from LABINS.
   The 3-meter DOQQs are still available for download on the ftp site under the county data.
   
   
2. 2. Send us an Order Form
   
   Please print out and complete an Order Form:
   • CD-ROM Order Form - Please check back sometime between now and April 2
   • DVD Order Form - Please check back sometime between now and April 2

   If you would like to purchase both CD-ROMS and DVDs, you must fill out both order forms.

   ***Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Payment or Purchase Order must be received before shipping.
   
   NOTE: The legal disclaimer on the order form has a very simple meaning. In plain English, this disclaimer says that you can use the data however you choose (make maps, edit the data, etc.). The only thing you cannot do is copy a FGDL CD-ROM and distribute it to someone outside your agency.
   
   

3. 3. Send a check or money order
   
   We accept any of the following payment methods:
   • Checks made out to the University of Florida
   • Purchase Orders (PO) can be used by anyone outside of the University of Florida. PO's take longer to process and verify, therefore the processing is faster when you pay by check.
   • Credits cards can not be accepted at this time.
   • If you are from a University of Florida (UF) Department: Call Nelda Schneider at 352-392-2486 to process your payment.
     
   • The University of Florida's Federal I.D. # (FEID) is: 59-6002052

If you work for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) or are working on an FDOT project, and are ordering the FDOT CONTRACT DVD, please click on the Copyright Agreement Form  for the FDOT, print it out, complete it, and send it in with your Order Form and Payment. PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to send this Agreement Form in unless you are ordering the FDOT CONTRACT DVD.
