ATTRACTOR: Major Roads and Intersections

We considered roads and road intersections to be important for commercial development. The closer a parcel of land is located to a road or intersection, the higher the classification value. The first two datasets shown were used to create the "Major Roads Classified" grid. Only the "Major Roads Classified" grid was used in the model.
