DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

North Central Florida Regional Planning Council - Process Steps: ALACHUA: The shape file for this layer was started by querying the Alachua County parcel data base, using attributes such as BUSE (building use), LUSE (land use), EXMRE (exemptions), PUSE (general use code), PTYPE (permit type), and MUSE (miscellaneous use). The results of each query were joined to the parcel map and all candidates were flagged with a '1'. (note: the parcel map was first reduced considerably by eliminating all residential parcels). The edit shapefile soon contained values and descriptors for all the attributes that participated in the query. This shapefile was then reviewed in conjunction with other data sources, such as the Geoplan parcel and geocoded sites, to produce a final map. Various requried SCE attributes, such as operating entity, capacity, and co-located use could not be obtained from the parcel data, and had to be found from other sources. Processing notes: Created shape file buse_health.shp, from AC_par_joins, using query export-- 'buse is in (5152, 5200, 5300, 5400, 7600)'. Will do similar with luse, ptype and other attributes. Luse: created luse_health same method as buse_health, for --'luse is in (1910,1911, 7300 to 7410, and 7800)'. Had some trouble with query building, need to keep it simple each time. Created AC_nonresid, using query of PUSE &gt; '5'. This makes it smaller. Add health item, for 1 = true, include in the health map. Select all buse codes (see above codes) - returns 210 records; with buse - 7600 returns 229 records. Select luse records: Add 1910 and 1911: add to selection: goes from 229 to 299 records. Add 7300 to 7410: goes from 299 to 305 records. Add 7800, 8500, 8501: goes from 305 to 308 records. Add zoning = 'MD', goes to 327 records. Done. Export results to new shape file, med_par. In ArcGIS data (view1 and view3) was joined to projected Gilchrist County property appraiser parcel data via parcel number. Selected parcels were derived by querying on USECD column of view1.xls and BTYPE column of view3.xls for all parcels with BTYPE >= 4900 <=5400 or USECD =1700 or USECD = 7400, and then matching the parcel to the known address of the entity. The following fields were then added, OPERATING, TYPE_, OP_CLASS, COMMON_USE, USE Process Date: 20050601 Northeast Florida Regional Planning Council - Process Steps: Surgical locations were obtained from state agency. GIS data were obtained from the county Property Appraiser offices. The address of the surgical locations were analyzed and mapped. The address points were then moved to their respective parcel polygons. The polygons were then attributed and exported as the final layer. Process Date: 20060501 GeoPlan Center - Process Steps: GeoPlan received this data, via CDROM, and performed the following: -Reprojected to the FGDL Albers HPGN map projection. -Restructured the attribute table to fit the SCE Data Specification Document Standards. -Merged datasets together to create one FDOT District-wide shapefile. -Added FGDLAQDATE field based on the date FGDL acquired the data from the source. -Added DESCRIPT field based on 'TYPE' Process Date: 20060614 Metadata imported.
