DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

Developed field structure in an empty shapefile. Appended 34 records from original crayfish.shp. Renumbered site #s and updated other fields such as location and count based on crayfishtablenew2003.xls provided by Ed Keppner. In addition, deleted one record with no data (old site # 29) that was not in this spreadsheet. Process Date: Original shapefile provided by Ed and Lisa Keppner of field surveys from 1999 thru 2002. Process Date: Appended 815 records from pcc_9-2006.shp. Twenty-six of these records were deleted because they were identical to existing records. The appended records had no dates, so referred to crayfishFNAI.xls using a series of concatenate (of lat/long)/summarize/join/select/calculate to update the appended records with dates. Process Date: Appended 289 records from pcc_sites_4_10_12.shp. Process Date: GeoPlan received this from Patty Kelly of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in February 2013. When received the data was shapefile format and Albers HARN projection. The following qaqc steps were performed: -Upcased all records except SCI_NAME -Added DESCRIPT based on LOCATION -Added FGDLAQDATE based on date data collected from source Process Date: 20130222
