REFERENCES: DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

This data is uploaded by FDOT as a csv file to a secure GeoPlan ftp site daily. The csv file is named GISROADYYYYMMDD.CSV. A python script is executed nightly to convert the csv to a linear referenced layer based on the RCI layer basemap_route_road. Data from the previous day is deleted from the SDE feature class and the new data is appended. An email is then sent to GeoPlan staff with confirmation and any errors that may have occurred.
