ELEV Values as obtained from the Water Management
Districts for each arc in the file.
WMD 6 character abbreviations for Water Management Districts.
ADD Administrative field set up to indicate
changes that were made from the original source materials.

USER NOTES:
Use the CONTZ field for elevations. Reselect for all values not equal to 0 (or you'll be sorry!). The Lecanto quad (quad number 3920) was never digitized and is not available.
