<useconst>The GPS results were obtained by averaging the collection of at least 25 readings taken at 1-second intervals, to generate an expected accuracy level of +/- 5.0 meters, in accordance with the DEP Water Facilities GPS Standard. Data points whose Lat/Long collection method is Differential GPS (COLL_METHOD = 'DGPS') were generated using the WGS84 datum. For all other points the original datum is unknown, and it is assumed that they were derived using materials or techniques based on the NAD27 datum; therefore, the level of accuracy varies and is unpredictable.</useconst>

During the QA/QC process the following tasks were undertaken:
- Uppercased all records in the table.
- Added and Populated Lat_DD, LONG_DD, MGRS and GOOGLMAP fields.
- A DESCRIPT field was added based on the following:
  [PWS_NAME] & " [" & [PLANT_NAME] & " - PWS ID: " & [PWS_ID] & "]"
- A FGDLAQDATE field was added based on date downloaded from source.
- Renamed file from PWS_PLANTS_NONFED_SP to PWS_PLANTS_NONFED_MAY20.

Please Note:
None of the Attribute Definitions were filled in, however, they were available as text information in another location in the metadata. GeoPlan has transferred the Attribute Definitions from that section to the proper location.</procdesc>

      <eaover>ATTRIBUTE DESCRIPTION :

PWS_ID	This number is unique to a Public Water System (PWS), which is a system
that provides piped water to the public for human consumption. A PWS
may draw water from one or more wells. The leftmost digit represents
the District # (1 through 6), and the following two digits indicate the
	county number [= (FIPS/2)+1].

PWS_STATUS ACTIVE: Only active systems are included in this layer

PWS_NAME  Name of the Public Water System associated with the well;
	  e.g., "CITY OF TALLAHASSEE".

PWS_CITY Name of the city associated with the owner address of the water system

PWS_TYPE_CODE and PWS_TYPE
Code	Description : Definition
C	COMMUNITY : The public water system serves at least 15 service
connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least 25
  	year-round residents.
N	NONCOMMUNITY : The public water system provides piped water for human
consumption to at least 15 service connections or at least 25
individuals at least 60 days out of the year, but which is not a
community water system. Note: The difference between community and
non-community water systems is that the former serves inhabitants,
whereas the latter serves transients and/or non-residents who otherwise
do not inhabit the building served by the system.
O	OTHER PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM: See Chapter 10D-4, F.A.C.
P	NONTRANSIENT NONCOMMUNITY : The public water system is not a
community water system, but regularly serves at least 25 persons for
at least 6 months per year.
