After bringing in the dataset, the following steps were taken to process the layer: - A DESCRIPT field was added based on DOF_NAME - A FGDLAQDATE was added baed on the date received by GeoPlan - AREA, PERIMETER, OBJECTID, and OBJECTID1 fields were deleted - File renamed state_forests_buff_jul16 from FFS_Current_1607 - All fields were upcased Buffer analysis was run using DOF_NAME as dissolve and 3 miles as buffer distance. Buffer areas with a DOF_NAME of "OUT PARCELS" were removed.
