The GeoPlan Center provides expertise for geospatial projects, such as proposal development, systems design, and technical assistance. While GIS has become a mainstream component of many projects, some organizations still underestimate the time involved building robust data and applications to meet their needs. Our team has partnered with interdisciplinary groups in academia, private industry, local government, and the non-profit sector to support their geospatial needs and catalyze their work.

Data Sources
The GeoPlan Center publicly shares national, state, and local sources for data that has been serviced and provided in the Florida Geographic Data Library. The GIS Data Source Links page provides easy access to many open data sites and can help locate metadata for research. Geocoding Resources
The GeoPlan Center supports Geocoding (Address Matching) through various methods on it’s Geocoding Resources page. The Geocoding Resources page provides easy access to “How To” documents, as well as UF restricted and publicly available street reference data and address locator files.
